Introducing Blaire

Due to MSP Technologies’ continued expansion, we have found it necessary to establish a dedicated HR department. In line with this decision, we are pleased to announce that Blaire Thompson has joined our team as the new HR Manager. Blaire brings a wealth of experience from her previous HR/Recruitment Manager roles in the NHS and Private Healthcare sector. While she is new to the Energy Storage Sector, she is excited to be part of this fast-growing and essential industry. 

Blaire's main focus here at MSP is to ensure that all personnel and recruitment processes are legally compliant and conducted with a professional, person-centered approach. As the company expands, she will be responsible for recruiting and managing a large number of new staff members. Blaire's vision for MSP is to implement fair and firm processes, promote team building, and boost staff morale. She believes that work should feel like home, considering we spend almost half of our lives with our colleagues. 

In addition to her impressive work experience, Blaire is currently pursuing a part-time MSc in Human Resources Management. She is committed to expanding her knowledge in the field and keeping up with the latest developments in HR. Blaire also holds an Associate Diploma in People Management, which demonstrates her dedication to the profession and her desire to provide the best support to her team here at MSP. Her passion for HR and her ongoing education will undoubtedly be invaluable to the company as we continue to grow and expand. 

In her spare time Blaire breeds and shows French Bulldogs and will be showcasing her productions at Crufts. In addition to that, she is also a talented singer.
