Hotel Rescue

A Michelin award-winning luxury hotel with plans for growth was struggling with its weak grid connection and had to install a diesel generator which was clearly not at all efficient. Although they will soon be installing solar panels to help with their energy needs they were looking for a permanent and sustainable solution.

We devised a solution by installing one of our compact battery energy storage units which now powers the hotel fed by a combination of grid power and the bio-fuel generator which now works for shorter periods of time but at peak efficiency making a huge saving on fuel costs.

When the hotel’s solar panels arrive our unit will seamlessly integrate the solar panel generation into the mix making further savings.
